Areas served


We serve the province of Quebec. Delivery is free for the entire island of Montreal. For other regions of
Quebec, delivery charges apply and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the
destination.


Orders are processed as quickly as possible within an average of 3 to 5 working days.
This delay is an estimate based on regular traffic and is not guaranteed.


IMPORTANT: Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box.


Curbside delivery service


Our devices will be delivered to the edge of your entrance. Please refer to the steps below to prepare to
receive your order.


Step 1 - You will receive a confirmation email or a phone call, telling you the expected pick-up date by
the carrier. Depending on the region, delivery is generally the same day or the next day, except for
circumstances beyond the carrier's control.


Step 2 - Once the shipment is picked up by the carrier, the carrier's department will call you to schedule
a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only – during business hours. It is
important that the telephone number provided when ordering is the easiest one to contact you (e.g. cell
phone).


Step 3 – Delivery Day - Due to shipping company policy and insurance, the driver is not allowed to move
your order further than the curb. Curbside delivery service does not include installation or assembly of
items, handling of packaging materials, or transportation of items within the home. You may need
assistance to enter the devices inside your home.


Step 4 - Upon delivery, you will need to inspect and sign a delivery slip from the carrier. It is your
responsibility to check for visible damage. If damage is found, make sure it is noted on the delivery note
and take photos. You have the right to refuse delivery due to damage. In the event of damage or
breakage relating to transport, contact us as soon as possible.
